DAY2Day 3: Find A Plan That Suits You

We offer a variety of plans to meet your needs and your goals.
If you are new, try our GearUp plan for 3 weeks of all the group classes we offer.
If you prefer a one on one experience, check out our Personal Training plans.

DAY3Day 4: Together we start the journey to a happier, healthier you.

We help you learn the fundamentals of being fit. Our community helps keep you accountable and supports you as you start your journey to a happier, healthier you! Why not schedule your first InBody scan for the perfect “before” snapshot. You will be amazed at your results a few weeks from now!
DAY4Day 30: A Healthier, Happier You

Congratulations, you’ve been with HighGear for 30 days and it’s been a fantastic month! You’ve already completed a couple of your fitness goals. Your next step is to try a custom nutrition plan that helps you burn fat and gain muscle!
